Returns & refunds
A clear resolution when something isn’t right.
No change-of-mind returns
Because products are temperature-sensitive, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Report any damaged, defective or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After verification, we offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Missing items
After verification, missing items will be sent at no cost.
Lost packages
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will re-ship it. Contact us if tracking has not moved for 5 business days.
