How should research materials be stored?
Store at 2–8 °C and follow the storage information in the product’s Shopify specifications and lot documentation. Maintain suitable laboratory storage conditions.
How can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
Enter the lot number printed on your vial on the Verify a lot page. Each lot is associated with its own Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Who can buy from NF7 Research?
Buyers must be 21 or older and purchasing exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not for human or veterinary use.
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days; Express takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before the daily cutoff Monday–Friday dispatch the same day; others dispatch the next business day. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is $12.95 and is free on orders of $200 or more. Express shipping is $34.95. We ship only to the 50 US states.
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
No. Research materials are temperature-sensitive, so change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Missing items are sent at no cost after verification.
What if a package is lost?
Contact us if tracking has not moved for 5 business days. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will re-ship it.
