Shipping policy
Cold-chain packed. Shipped across the United States.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS or FedEx. International shipping is not available.
Standard shipping
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch, $12.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more.
Express shipping
Express delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch, $34.95. Express shipping is not available to P.O. boxes. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
Dispatch and cold-chain packaging
Orders placed before the daily cutoff Monday–Friday dispatch the same day; otherwise, the next business day. Materials are packed for a 2–8 °C cold chain.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Contact us if tracking does not move for 5 business days. If the carrier confirms loss, we will re-ship your package.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Check your address before submitting your order.
Research-only orders
We may cancel and refund any order if we believe it is not intended for laboratory research use.
